Teacher Training Course – India 1-14 November 2009
Byron Yoga Centre’s 14-day Teacher Training Course in India is part One of the fully accredited (Yoga Alliance) course. It is designed to deliver holistic training that encompasses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the yogic path. Part two is conducted by correspondence, (the correspondence begins 4 weeks before course commencement date, then continues at a personal pace for as long as the trainee needs), or could be completed by study at Byron Yoga Centre. Part two is included in the cost.

The lead teachers have over 20 years of knowledge and expertise each.
John Ogilvie founder and director of Byron Yoga, John has been teaching yoga for over twenty years. He encourages a light heartedness in our approach to yoga and to ourselves.

Schedule
Students need to arrive by 1 November to settle into their accommodation. A brief introduction to people and the course will be held after dinner at 7pm.
The first yoga class starts at 6.00am the following day (2 November ) and the course finishes on 14 November.

7.30 – 9.00 Practical and Lectures

10.00 – 11.30 Practical and Lectures
11.30 – 1.00 Asana Class

3.00 – 4.30 Asana Class
4.30 – 6.00 Practical and Lectures

7.00 – 8.30 Discussion or Film (Optional)
