Ashiyana's organic* restaurant offers buffet meals. (* wherever possible we seek to source organic produce.)
All of our food is fresh and prepared daily, and whilst we do not think that a vegetarian diet is the best diet for all, we recognize that this is probably the preference of most and have made it our primary cuisine. For those who wish to maintain a non-vegetarian diet we will provide a chicken or fish alternative a couple of evenings per week.
All our water is filtered, including that used for cooking.
