Inversion therapy will give you all the benefits of an inversion asana but without the effort, allowing you to fully trust, relax and sink deeper in your body. After a short meditation to build connection and trust, Yamuna will suspend you in a blissful "flying" position. This is a magical way to release and surrender to gravity. Specific manoeuvres will effortlessly open your hips and traction your spine whilst being massaged with aromatic oils to shed any tensions in the shoulders and neck.

Following the inversion you will receive Thai massage to balance the flow of energy in the body and open the energy meridians of the legs.
Inversion therapy is a revitalising session that will pour your Nectar into the higher energy centres leaving you feeling happier and full of life.

Please wear loose full length trousers and a bra or sport-top. Please allow at least 1 hour to digest any food before the session.
