Kerstin Linnartz:

Kerstin has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years. Her main influences have been the Sivananda Yoga centers, as well as ashrams in Germany, Austria, the USA and India. Enjoying variety in her own practice, she has had a year-long experience with Ashtanga and Jivanmukti Yoga that rubs off in her classes. Kerstin has a light and humorous way of teaching that benefits from 10 years of working in the performing arts. She also has an interest in the deeper aspects of yoga philosophy as well as an eye for bodily alignment. She went through the lectures of Kriya Yoga and offers meditation classes for beginners as well as for experienced Yogis.
