Since her teenage years Louisa has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of yoga. She is passionate about turning people onto yoga to find their true nature, freedom and Love. She has had a committed yoga practice for 25 years, and has been teaching nationally and internationally for 20 years. She has studied with many teachers and has undertaken long periods of meditation with different masters.

Louisa is established in Byron Bay Australia and yoga teacher trainings all over the world.
