The 11 days Program (Beginners) Day 01 : Feet and energy line on the legs Day 02 : Exercises with one leg Day 03 : Exercise with two legs Day 04 : Stomach, chest, arms, hands and fingers Day 05 : Side position Day 06 : Back part of the body Day 07 : Seating position Day 08 : Face Day 09 : Practice Day 10 : Evaluation Day 11 : Theory of the Ten Sen, the energy main lines of the body, as well as therapy for knee, head, and back pain.
Certificate on attending the course will be given by the Sunshine Network to each student.
Students who attend the course will receive printed materials and a book (The Art of Traditional Thai Massage - Asokananda). For those who completed the course, a diploma of The Sunshine Network is given.
