Tom Olesker
I have been a practitioner of yoga for 7 years, initially I approached my practice for my physical health and with intention of flexibility and core strength. After visiting India my connection to the practice deepened and understanding of its essence on different levels started my yoga journey. After my Sivananda Hatha training, I found I had connected with a practice that united the components that felt most true to me, and my physical practice became stronger with this connection. I have been teaching In Turkey for a summer season, were I was privileged to work with a variety of abilities and ages, I have been travelling now for 5 years taking my practice with me where I go. During the class we will work with still asanas, and focus on breath, with intention of expanding and release.
