Two Week Workshop
For Scandinavians (language Danish)

Yoga INmotion is meditation in movement. Being aware of what is actually happening, you will be guided through Vinyasa after Vinyasa, integrating bodyparts with each other and integrating body with the breath and mind, so that oppositions meet and become one.
Yoga is to silence the mind, not by force of thought or breath, but by a gentle manipulation with the bodyparts through exact activation of muscles, from a foundation through palms and feet.

Yoga INmotion is a mixture between the exactness from Iyengar Yoga and the flow from Ashtanga, both in a ligth version, with a very deep and intimate focus on bringing fundamental principles into a safe and honest practice, so that no harm is done, and so that life is given optimal space to do what it wants to do.

Yoga INmotion is based on 25 years of non-fixed practice, always on the move, always improving. During the last 7 years Yoga INmotion has been very influenced by Dynamic Yoga from one of the best teachers in the world, Godfrey Devereux. Another influence has come from Svastha Yoga from A.G. Mohan in India.

Underlying the deep going trainingmethods of Yoga INmotion, we will implye the principles of The 5 Elements to give your practice even more depth and joy. Along with this we will invite to daily focus and enjoyment on The 5 Senses, with different exercises.

Most mornings we will do the training on the flat beach at sunrise.
Some afternoons, after the 1½ hour training in the yogashala, we will go to the beach and Meditate on the sunset.
Talks on life and living will be offered ad hoc.

Language spoken: Danish (all scandinavians can join)

Daily Scedule: 7.30-9.30 Morning practice. 16.00-17.30 Afternoon practice

One or two days selfpractice with guidance.
