Other than the above, if you are interested in exploring North Goa, there are incredible beaches and many beautiful sites and places to enjoy such as the Dudsagar waterfall, spice farms, national parks, Bondla zoo, the beautiful old parts of Panjim (Goa's capital) and Old Goa, an abundance of Portuguese churches and architecture, and the famous markets for shopping indulgences.
The Yoga sessions offered will be a mix of styles ranging from vinyasa to restorative to Hatha to Yin depending on that day's activity. Apart from the physical asana practice, we will indulge in basic pranayama/breathing techniques & experience deep relaxation in a guided Yoga Nidra & meditation.
Beginners to Yoga are welcome, as plenty of options are given during the practice to accommodate all levels.
1) BEACH HUTS
Most of our beach huts are located on the dune which separates Mandrem river from the Arabian Sea. The others are located on the mainland facing the river. There are hut sheltered behind the banks of the dune and others on the dune top. They all come with an en suite bathroom, fan and mosquito net. Whilst being the economy section of our accommodation, they have recently been lovingly upgraded with simple, yet chic interior-designed finishes.

Brunch-Home-made muesli and porridge, curd (yoghurt), dairy and coconut milk, fresh fruit salad, plus a daily menu selected from the following - toasted, home-baked bread, butter, cheese, honey, jam, patisserie, scrambled eggs, dhal, rice, salad, tahini, and other daily specials. Tea, coffee and juices. All day:- Ginger lemon honey, Indian chai, as well as filtered water from our own wells. Evening: A fusion of freshly prepared Indian and western vegetarian cuisine. Fresh fish/seafood dishes are served twice a week.
