Indira Lopez-Bassols

Indira has been practicing Iyengar yoga for 21 years and teaching for the past 16 years in different countries. She teaches in the Wimbledon/Tooting area and owns her own bright home teaching studio.  

Having practiced Iyengar yoga during three pregnancies, Indira has a particular interest in yoga for women‘s health from menarche to menopause, as well as restorative yoga to help alleviate stress/fatigue/adrenal exhaustion. 

In her scarce free time, she loves contemplative practices, as well as being/reconnecting with raw nature.
