Vinyasa Yoga Training

Vinyasa yoga through changes in rhythm and energetic intensity aims to connect placement, without neglecting the aesthetic aspects of movement.

The retreat will lead to better understanding and complete integration of practice of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana (Meditation).

Emphasis is placed on body sequencing, in movement or stasis. 
Analysis and synthesis of various postures are practised in depth one by one, or by groups of 2 or 3 people.

A degree of precision is sought, in accordance with the personal needs of each practitioner in order to avoid the pain and physical problems commonly caused by improper alignment. Bodily and spiritual harmony can be attained thanks to the constant improvement and adjustment of postures that become stable and firm, tied to natural breathing.

Vital energy is refined and corrected in each posture and allows for the effective application of PRANAYAMA exercises (mastery of the breath and regulation of energy). A natural meditation ensues.

Workshops will be held in French / English in intermediate and advanced levels, 3 hours/ day, or one module of TTC 4.30 hours /day.
