Yoga Flow and Meditation

This 7-day retreat is an opportunity to improve your practice of Vinyasa yoga and, more precisely, to work on postures related to: opening the shoulders, chest, pelvis, etc.  It is also the opportunity to learn Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation.

During this retreat, your days will be marked by both the practice of Yoga and Meditation (morning and late afternoon), but during the afternoon, you will have time to walk on the beach, to swim in the Arabian Sea or to enjoy an Ayurvedic massage.
