Arianne is fascinated by the beautiful system that is our body/mind. All that we are, the ultimate communication source for spatial poetry, and yet the best thermometer for our body weather forecast.
Her classes are best described as luscious, caring yin with a hint of free flow in her more dynamic sessions.  Reconnecting with the self, rediscovering, constantly inquiring, breathing through the moment that is now, are recurring aspects that define her style, on and off the mat.
Arianne is a seasoned yoga teacher and yoga therapist, who has worked with many people of different ages and abilities. Besides her work as a yoga teacher, Arianne also creates and teaches dance and related events, for very diverse groups and locations. During her travels she has encountered many wonderful teachers, with many different backgrounds in yoga, tcm and bodywork, that have touched her practice and teaching as it is today. Much gratitude goes out to them:
Kaitiza Satya, Marco Bianco, Sandra Bianco (astanga vinyasa tt 200 hr) Paul & Suzee Grilley, Anat Geiger (yin yoga), Louise Ellis, Gabriele Severini (asthanga), Ganesh Mohan, Bo Forbes (yogatherapy) Rusty Wells (bhakti flow), Noah McKenna (anatomy), Peggy Hackney, Ciel Wertz, Valery Preston Dunlop (LABAN movement analysis/dancetherapy) Deborah Hay, Julyan Hamilton (instant choreography) just to name a few.

Her main occupation is teaching yin-yang yoga classes, giving private sessions in yoga therapy, stress pattern releasing, alchemy of touch massages, teaching workshops/trainings in yoga therapy, yin yoga, anatomy, art of teaching and teacher training modules for different international schools and studios.

She operates through her own company ‘tulsi treats’, through which she organizes her workshops, classes, treats, treatments and retreats, in collaboration with others.
